Olidia is an injectable dermal filler based on poly-L-lactic acid. It is a filler developed to fill in lost facial volume by stimulating collagen production. This filler has been developed to restore lost face volume by promoting the creation of collagen. PLLA is Olidia’s primary component.

For more than 20 years, medical devices all across the world have employed PLLA to make sutures disappear. It’s typically used for volume restoration in areas like the cheeks, temples, and jawline and can help to smooth out wrinkles and folds. Since Olidia is constructed of synthetic components, an allergy test is not necessary before the treatment.

What is PLLA?

Poly-L-lactic acid (PLLA) is a biocompatible and biodegradable polymer. Collagen is generated when fibroblasts are stimulated by PLLA particles, and this freshly created collagen adds volume. Following administration, PLLA is taken in by the body, breaks down, and eventually is breathed in as CO2.

Before receiving the Olydia treatment, please follow the instructions on the leaflet.

* Treatment using this product must be performed using the linear technique.

Treatment protocols generally involve three sessions spaced monthly apart. Results develop gradually as collagen production increases over several weeks.

Post-Treatment Protocol:

• Massage treated areas three times daily for three days
• Limit UV exposure and extreme temperatures
