Shipping

All of our products are shipped directly from Korea and we are committed to delivering products to our customers as quickly and safely as possible.
Shipping is available to almost every country in the world and we use the UPS and DHL service.

Shipping takes about 2 days to process an order, and we don’t work on holidays and weekends in Korea.
Shipping may delayed when customer information is not accurate or payment information is not clear.

Shipping costs are determined by weight volume and delivery country
Botox is shipped in a refrigerated state (2 to 8 degrees), and addtional costs apply for ice gel packages
Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding Korean national holidays.

Delivery Failure

If the product (sourced) is returned, the shipping cost shall be billed by the customer.
If the shipping address provided by the customer is incorrect or if the customer information is returned during shipment due to no change or telephone connection
we will not be responsible for the shipment.

Product Suspended in Customs

Please note it is the responsibility of the Customer to know the rules and regulations of a country.
If a package is stopped in customs
Contact the local customs office to receive the product or refuse to accept the product.
In case a customs fee and taxes occur, you have to pay for them at the time of pick up.

Requesting to customs office to reject the purchase, the parcel will be returned to us and we will resend or refund it.
